davek Lifetime Guarantee

Davek umbrellas are made to ensure satisfaction and service for the natural life of the product. If, during its lifetime, you find any defect in material or workmanship, or the umbrella should fail to function, we will gladly repair or replace it at no charge (except postage and handling).

How to exercise your umbrella guarantee: 

Owners must register to exercise the guarantee. To register, click here.

After registration, return the umbrella and $7.00 for postage and handling to the address shown below. Allow 4 to 5 weeks for return. Please be sure to include a return address and phone number.

Do not return the umbrella to On The Fly (or the store at which it was purchased if it was not On The Fly). If your model has been discontinued, Davek will send you a replacement Davek umbrella of comparable value. Davek reserves the option to replace any umbrella returned. If your umbrella was damaged by causes beyond Davek's reasonable control (i.e. a cab door slammed against its spine), include your story, as they find them amusing.
