About Agave Knits
Jake Agave knits have developed a cult following. Why? For starters, they're made with Supima cotton: some of the strongest, finest, and softest cotton in the world. Wearing an Agave knit is like wearing a cotton ball. Supima cotton's length ensures that there are fewer lose ends per yarn, and therefore less pilling. Each garment is flat lock or reverse cover stitched using high quality German needles that are changed on the hour. They also have a vintage yet luxurious color and character that comes from garment dyeing each knit. (Pigment dyeing, the standard, makes for a rough hand, breaks down the fabric, and fades over time.) Agave leaves no detail unexamined, and the results speak for themselves.
