Each cheese requires a precise ritual cutting and presentation on the table. The shape, the texture, the size: all these features identify specific needs related to the cutting and presentation, and therefore the choice of knife. This set allows you to elegentaly present and serve a full range of cheeses. It includes hard, semi-hard, soft, bow, and compact cheese knives, as well as a trapezium and spatula. The handle of each is made from red lucite. The entire collection comes packaged in a wood box that measures 19" x 11".
