Olympio Extra Large Fountain Pen - Mozambique Ebony Palladium trims
Inspired by the 1930s Art Déco movement, S.T.Dupont is sculpting a fountain pen out of Mozambique Ebony. The wood on the cap and barrel is engraved with rings that create movement and relief. The palladium trims throughout the pen enlighten this rare and precious wood. The long nib is handmade in 18-carat solid gold. The articulated clip keeps the pockets of the shirts and jackets preserved. The S.T.Dupont logo is engraved on the top of the cap.

Since 1973, once held, the S.T.Dupont pen is never forgotten. The creation of a single pen fashioned from metal is like "haute-couture": it entails no less than 150 operations and 200 quality control tests. This attention to detail extends from the cap to the rhodium-plated, 18 carat gold nib. Each nib is hand-crafted, hand-polished and tested by our experts who hold the secret of the perfect pen.

An S.T.Dupont pen is first and foremost a work of goldsmithing excellence, with many of the procedures requiring almost surgical precision, e.g., guilloche, chasing and engraving techniques. Brass sections are shaped into numerous decorative forms whose finesse and brilliance ensure their uniqueness. Precious material work and application of Chinese lacquer are both signature features of S.T.Dupont pens.

Gift Wrap

The modern gentleman notices the little things, and there is plenty to notice about our Signature Gift Wrap. Smaller items are wrapped in our custom Cigar Boxes, sealed with a replica Import Label that contains your handwritten gift message. Larger orders are wrapped in our gift paper that is custom-printed with a navy b eaded pinstripe pattern evocative of a classic men's suit fabric.
