Possibly the most highly anticipated pen of 2010, the Visconti Homo Sapiens is the first pen ever to be forged from volcanic lava from Mt. Etna in Sicily, Italy.

The unique lava material has a high degree of resilience (virtually unbreakable), is flame proof (heat resistant over 100 degrees Celsius), slightly hygroscopic (absorbs hand sweat during use) and is dense to the touch.

Each pen features solid bronze trim and is packaged with the new Visconti DVD warranty.

The fountain pen nib is made of exclusive 23ct solid palladium and is available in extra-fine, fine, medium, broad, extra-broad and 1.3mm stub. The fountain pen uses a power filler, which uses only bottled ink and has an extremely high capacity.

Gift Wrap

The modern gentleman notices the little things, and there is plenty to notice about our Signature Gift Wrap. Smaller items are wrapped in our custom Cigar Boxes, sealed with a replica Import Label that contains your handwritten gift message. Larger orders are wrapped in our gift paper that is custom-printed with a navy b eaded pinstripe pattern evocative of a classic men's suit fabric. Bags and oversized items are wrapped with an elegant 2 1/2" satin ribbon. Our ribbons are tied in square knots and our gift cards are handwritten.
